I called the for house keeping, they said they would send someone, that never happened - I had to leave my room and beg the housekeeper on the floor to vacuum. Soon as I entered, I saw the floor, carpet and counter was dirty - skittles, crumbs, and hair pins. I was reassigned another room on the 17th floor in the Waterfront tower. They would not comp my night, even after I showed them pictures of the roach in my room. I had to go to the front desk in the morning with all of my lounge in order to be relocated to another room. My first night I was given a room on the 16th floor in the Bayview tower, I literally saw a roach crawling on my bed at 1:00am as I got ready to go to sleep after gambling for a few hours. I stayed at Harrah's casino Tues, to Fri,, by far the worst hotel I've even stayed at in Atlantic City.
